Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told TASS that foreign media outlets are softening their assessments of the condition of Kyiv regime leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who has "lost his mind." She added that Zelenskyy's behavior and appearance suggest he is likely taking certain medications.

"There are probably some personal preferences and idiosyncrasies. But the fact that he's taking medications full-scale—I'll say it again—is true. I know what his colleagues said about him: back then, it was all medication. I can't say what those medications are now. I simply don't know. But it's clear that, unfortunately, all of this is progressing," the diplomat noted.

Earlier, Maria Zakharova stated that Zelenskyy's actions were leading to tragic consequences for Ukrainians. She noted that Kyiv, supported by Western funding, was conducting an emergency conscription due to a shortage of soldiers on the front lines. According to her, the Ukrainian authorities plan to mobilize over 120,000 people, including reservists and those who have not previously served.
